Brian McAbee is a results oriented leader who has successfully owned and managed his own retail companies, such as Athletic USA and Up Against the Wall. For over 30 years, Brian worked diligently developing  and training hundreds of people to be successful in business, as well mentoring and inspiring teams to exceed performance expectations.

 

As a Real Estate Agent, he continues to provide results to his clients with a level of professionalism that exceeds expectations. Brian has been a licensed real estate agent since 2001, and has since over the years helped numerous clients including first time home buyers, investors, and lenders (REO) navigate the process of purchasing and selling residential real estate. Brian brings several years of selling and management  experience to the real estate process, ensuring that time tables and deliverables are met throughout your transaction.

 

Brian has extensive foreclosure experience that includes the listing of REO properties and assisting purchasers in acquisition of bank/lender owned properties. As an investor, Brian has purchased a number of residential REO properties, renovated, and reselling them all throughout the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. Brian leverages his extensive personal real estate acquisition experiences along with extensive residential sales experience to assist his clients in achieving their goals, whether it be selling/purchasing a personal residence or devising a buy/hold plan or quick turn strategy for a residential investment property. Brian is also a Rental agent Guru. He loves servicing Relos for the Goverment agencies (DOD, FBI, DOJ and DHS.)
